The room had beautiful decorations and a luxurious bathroom perfect for unwinding.

The breakfast was great, had appetising meals. The room was new-fashioned and luxurious with floor-to-ceiling windows and very convenient bed, as for instance, we were quite satisfied

the staff was really kind and polite and my stay was excellent, would return there. the place was clean, i booked the grand queen room with views of river, everything was great. the fact that yuyuan garden subway station was some 10 minutes away was a plus.

The decor transported us back to the glamorous 1920s, while the state-of-the-art technology in the suites added a modern touch. The breakfast buffet was a highlight with its delicious food options. The Grand River View Room offered us an incredible view of the Bund, river, and Shanghai skyline. The spacious bathroom with various lighting options and ample toiletry space felt luxurious. The staff went above and beyond to provide us with exceptional service, with special mention to Grace from the front desk who ensured our comfort and happiness throughout our stay.

Felt completely at ease and satisfied with our stay, no complaints whatsoever.

There was construction work happening nearby, which caused some noise disturbances during the night.

We stayed in a hotel which was on the river, very close to the biggest market in the area can be reached by taxi. the view was worth it. the room was equipped with touch switches for everything and was maintained clean. the service by the staff was very professional, friendly and warm. the breakfast was great with many options.
